A quick and dirty post-process of a shot taken on @mkaz’s night photography workshop.

Here’s a very quick summary of what I did in Lightroom 6. It’s obviously not a proper treatment, but might be useful to someone as a starting point.

1. Move white balance towards blue, tint to taste.
2. Clarity +20, Vibrance +30, Saturation -20.
3. Tone curve: highlights and lights both +50 or so.
4. Effects: Dehaze +65

This was a relatively low noise shot for its kind, ISO 1600 at f/2.0. You may need to use different methods with a noisier source image.
